Welcome to Women’s Fitness Blog! When I started this blog, I had been working out for about as a newbie to weight lifting. I love it, building my body is my passion! It’s a stress reliever, it makes me look better, I’ve lost weight, it is beneficial to bone health and hormone health! I’d like to inspire
other women, especially those of us who aren’t exactly 20 anymore, that you can achieve your fitness goals. I’d like to take you along on the next leg of my journey. The 1st leg was losing weight- I lose 45lbs in about 10 – 11 months. The next part of my transformation journey is to improve on my body aesthetics while building strength. I’m not sure what my results will be, but I really never thought I’d lose all of the weight that I did, either. I’m excited to see what comes next and I love learning about bodybuilding. A little more about me, I’m a registered nurse and a mom with teenaged and adult children.
